Supervision & Consultation
Are you a therapist looking to discuss a complex case, build your skills, or earn your next level of licensure? No matter where we are in our careers, we can all benefit from support. Being an experienced clinician does not mean that we do not encounter dilemmas or want to develop our skills even further. The best therapists know when to seek help, and we all deserve to have a space where we can grow with intention and professional care. I offer clinical supervision and case consultations to support you with your professional challenges.
I provide individual clinical supervision rooted in a reflective, relational, psychodynamic framework. My goal is to create a space that feels both supportive and challenging — one where you can bring your whole self, including your uncertainty. Drawing on both theory and my own clinical experience, I help supervisees deepen self-awareness, refine their skills, and navigate the ethical and emotional complexity of this work. This involves:
- Reflective Practice: We slow down to examine what’s happening in the room — and inside of you.
- Ethical Grounding: Navigating complexity with clarity and professional integrity.
- Growth-Oriented Approach: Celebrating progress alongside holding space for the challenges.
I work with therapists at various stages — from pre-licensed clinicians building toward licensure, to experienced practitioners seeking thoughtful consultation.
- Pre-Licensed Clinicians: You’re working toward your LCSW, LPC, MFT, or similar license and need qualified supervision hours in a structured environment.
- Early-Career Therapists: You’re newly licensed and want continued support as you build your caseload, confidence, and clinical identity.
- Experienced Practitioners: You’re seeking consultation on complex cases, vicarious trauma, or growth in a specific clinical area such as disordered eating.
I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation so we can explore whether we are a good fit for each other. Supervision spots are limited — please reach out if you are interested to start a conversation. I look forward to learning about where you are in your journey and how I might support your growth as a clinician.
